Uhhhh, apparently this float is a tin shack on wheels surrounded by zombies. Maybe they're pirate zombies. Who can tell? But they were having fun! Zombies on parade.

These are actual mummers from actual Philadelphia, the City of Brother Love, particularly apt in Key West. We're glad mummers get a chance to perform when it's not freezing cold.

We saw this guy walking down Duvall Street every day in a different get up. We have no clue. I feel totally North Dakota on this one.
