The Domaine Château Gaillard is a host to artisan's crafts, pottery, plants, spices, a playground for children, and more. Our interest was in its Museum of Coffee and Chocolate. The museum was upstairs and not kept up, but it was fascinating nonetheless - ancient coffee mills, 50s and 60s coffee makers, and posters. The posters were the most interesting. Because of the close quarters, I took photos with a 10mm lens, causing the curvature you may notice. The property is near Trois Ilets and is easily recognizable by the helicopter landing pad near the road.
The museum had several old grinders and roasters from the days when power came from a steam engine and belts.
